We have three PACE Day Centers to serve PACE participants. Each PACE Center has their own interdisciplinary team so that participants can always deal with staff that knows them and are familiar with their specific health care needs.
For situations that arise after hours or on the weekend, participants can call their PACE Center in order to be triaged by someone on their care team.
